Ruth Hunt has over 20 years’ experience in leadership, organisational culture and complex people issues. She is a CEDR-accredited mediator and director of Deeds and Words, working with employers on workplace investigations, culture reviews and difficult team dynamics.
A Crossbench member of the House of Lords and Civil Service Commissioner, Ruth was formerly chief executive of Stonewall, where she developed a sharp understanding of how organisations navigate contested and sensitive issues in practice.
