We have wide-ranging experience in managing human resources challenges in the public and private sectors. Our approach is based on rigorous analysis and a clear understanding of clients’ needs when dealing with the most complex human resources issues. We focus on engaging closely with clients to develop solutions that stick, and that align with best practice in modern people management.
What we do
We have worked with a large NHS trust to resolve a high-profile whistle blowing case and have helped a UK political party manage a complex and sensitive misconduct issue. Our work with a major UK charity on a sexual harassment case was highly valued by the client for the speed and quality of our response to an urgent need for impartial help.
Our experience in managing organisational and culture change in large and complex organisations can help clients anticipate and resolve obstacles to change. We aim to help clients achieve sustainable benefit from their change strategies.
