In December 2010 a large London mental health trust asked for Verita's help in improving the delivery of patient care. Chris Brougham, one of Verita's most experienced consultants, worked collaboratively with senior members of the trust to develop a trust-wide quality and patient safety strategy and implementation plan that brought together safety, effectiveness and patient experience.The strategy allowed the trust to bring patient safety to the top of its agenda, measure and improve performance and improve overall patient experience.
