Internal investigations
Using our expertise of conducting independent and collaborative reviews and investigations, we have developed a support package to help healthcare providers to improve the way they manage and learn from serious incidents. The flexible package can be tailored to meet the specific needs of individual organisations.
Level 1 - free of charge
Provide initial guidance on setting up an investigation over the telephone.
Level 2 - £1500
A meeting with healthcare provider staff on site to discuss and advise on:
- scoping the incident
- establising terms of reference
- selecting the investigative team.
Level 3 - tba
Project management of the investigation carried out by the healthcare provider.
Level 4 - £1500
Quality assure the final draft report produced by the healthcare provider's investigative team.
Level 5 - tba
Carry out the investigation in collaboration, and on behalf of, the healthcare provider.
