Reflecting on Verita's work over the last year has made me realise how far we have come. Although investigation remains at the heart of what we do, Verita now offers a wider range of consultancy services. As a result more and more organisations are turning to us for help in implementing practical recommendations to improve their effectiveness and levels of service in addition to assurance that they are complying with regulations and standards.
This edition illustrates the benefits we bring to clients from freeing up management time while we clear a complaint backlog to providing the impetus for delivering change to front-line services that has enabled an acute trust to improve the safety and quality of its services in a very short time.
