What we do
Verita provides three types of service to help organisations minimise and manage risk:
- conducting or managing investigations, reviews and inquiries into serious incidents, identifying the causes and putting forward practical recommendations to prevent them happening again
- working with organisations before something goes wrong to strengthen corporate governance and systems for safeguarding service users, and acting as a 'critcial friend' to help organisations prepare for inspection by regulatory and governing bodies (this includes a range of fixed-price offers in areas that are recognised as high risk and where claims against the NHS are high)
- providing a range of training courses on conducting investigations and reviews and how best to learn from them.
