Malcolm Barnard
Malcolm Barnard is a former senior NHS manager and area director of social services. He is an expert in developing effective partnerships between health and social care organisations. Malcolm has chaired and led a number of independent mental health homicide inquiries and reviews for Verita across England. He has also managed Verita reviews for acute NHS trusts and primary care trusts on governance, safeguarding adults, services for older people and services for people with learning disabilities.
