Brendan has over 25 years' experience in the health and social care sectors, specialising in service strategy design and implementation and leadership development. Over the years he has worked with clinicians, senior managers, board members and top executive teams in the NHS, local government and independent sector to help them tackle and adapt to changing local and national demands and expectations. He is currently working on a mental health homicide review.
