Fiona Dalgleish joined Verita in January 2006 as office manager and personal assistant to the managing director. She has also worked on some of Verita's most high-profile investigations including the independent investigation into the care, treatment and management of Elizabeth Rourke in Jersey, and the dismissal of a chief executive in Cornwall. Fiona studied languages at the University of New England in Australia and English and Italian literature at the University of Siena in Italy.

David Jones joined Verita in October 2007 as an investigation administrator. Since then he has provided support on numerous investigations. He also provided extensive support to the chairs of the two independent inquiries into the care and treatment of Peter Bryan who killed Brian Cherry in east London and Richard Loudwell a fellow patient at Broadmoor. David is currently the inquiry manager for an independent inquiry into histopathology services in Bristol. Before joining Verita, David worked for the Royal Institute of International Affairs at Chatham House where he organised speaking events for international academics and politicians. David studied genetics at the University of Nottingham and Hispanic studies at the University of Granada.

Sima Patel joined the Verita administrative team in November 2008. She has worked on various projects including two individual management reviews relating to Baby Peter. More recently, she has provided support on a number of mental health investigations for NHS East Midlands, NHS East of England and NHS South East Coast. In addition to her administrative work, Sima works with Verita's accountant on invoicing and credit control. Before moving to the UK, she studied molecular biology at the University of California, San Diego, and has worked for a number of biotechnology companies.

Tina Blaxill is Verita's company accountant and responsible for the company's financial systems and processes. She started working for Verita as a freelancer in 2005 while still running her own consultancy. Her clients included Virgin Post Production, Carlton TV, Dunning Eley Jones and Hum. Tina became a permanent member of the team in 2009. In addition to her financial responsibilities she undertakes some client work most recently organising and setting up an office for the Mid Staffordshire inquiry hearings.
