Administration support

Tina Blaxill
Tina is Verita's company accountant and responsible for the company's financial systems and processes. She started working for Verita as a freelancer in 2005 while still running her own consultancy. Her clients included Virgin Post Production, Carlton TV, Dunning Eley Jones and Hum. Tina became a permanent member of the team in 2009. In addition to her financial responsibilities she undertakes some client work most recently organising and setting up an office for the Mid Staffordshire inquiry hearings.

Scott Robertson
Scott Robertson joined the team in June 2011 as an administrative assistant. Since joining he has provided support to the admin team as a whole and become involved in a number of the ongoing investigations. Before joining Verita Scott worked at the Natural History museum as a member of their visitor services team. Scott studied history and politics at Goldsmiths College.

David Jones
David Jones joined Verita in October 2007 as an investigation administrator. Since then he has provided support on numerous investigations. He also provided extensive support to the chairs of the two independent inquiries into the care and treatment of Peter Bryan who killed Brian Cherry in east London and Richard Loudwell a fellow patient at Broadmoor. David was the inquiry manager for an independent inquiry into histopathology services in Bristol. Before joining Verita, David worked for the Royal Institute of International Affairs at Chatham House where he organised speaking events for international academics and politicians. David studied genetics at the University of Nottingham and Hispanic studies at the University of Granada.
